4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Whenever possible, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service without affecting later appointments.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a deposit or advance confirmation requirement for future bookings.

Our stylists provide services based on your consultation, hair condition, hair history, and desired outcome.
Results may vary depending on factors such as:

Inspiration photos help communicate your goals but do not guarantee an identical result. Some color changes or corrective services may require more than one appointment.
Our stylists may recommend changing or declining a service if it could significantly damage your hair or produce an unsuitable result.
6. Allergies and Hair History
Clients must inform their stylist about known allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, previous reactions, and recent chemical or color treatments.
A patch test, strand test, or consultation may be recommended for certain services.
RJ Hair Designers does not provide medical advice. Clients with medical or allergy concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving a service.
7. Service Concerns and Products
If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-(937) 233-4051 so we can review the issue.
We may ask you to return to the salon for an assessment before offering an adjustment.
Complimentary adjustments may not apply when:
- The requested result has changed since the original consultation
- Another person or salon has altered the hair
- Home-care instructions were not followed
- Relevant hair history was not disclosed
Opened or used hair products may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or a return is required by law.
8. Salon Conduct and Personal Property
RJ Hair Designers provides a relaxed, professional, and family-friendly environment.
We may refuse or discontinue service in cases involving harassment, threats, abusive conduct, intoxication, theft, nonpayment, unsafe behavior, or repeated violation of salon policies.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the salon. Please take care with clothing, jewelry, phones, and other valuables during hair-color and chemical services.
